Couples Cooking Night

Taylor and I joined our two friends for a cooking class at Sur La Table at downtown Chicago. With the help of a very patient chef, Barbara Bell, we were able to create a complete Parisian menu that you can eat the moment the food is cooked! How fresh can you get?! Yummmmmy! 
This is the Goat Cheese Tart, our ultra-favorite ..  no question about it!

Last of all, there was Lemon Souffle .. but I never got a photo of it as it came out of the oven. It was beautiful and fluffy! Oh well ... but the winner really is that tart with tomatoes! Am doing that again for sure. I mean Taylor doesn't each that much tomatoes .. but he thought this was killer. It was that good!
